HOW TO GET PURCHASED FILES:
Log in to your Etsy account. PLEASE make sure you are logged into your Etsy account before purchasing. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the menu “You”. Then click on “Purchases”. There you will see all your purchases. To the right of your digital files, you’ll find a “Download files” button. Click on it, and the files will be downloaded again. This is convenient, because you will never have to worry about losing your digital files again!

If you purchase as a guest, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with download links sent to the email address you used to sign in.

Please note that many of the files are JPEGs, PDFs, or Zip archives. You will need to unzip the files to access your digital files. This is best done on a computer or laptop, not a phone or tablet.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
Per Etsy’s policy, we do not accept returns on digital items. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Due to differences in monitor and printer calibration, the colors and print quality on your printout may differ from what you see on your screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper you use. If you prefer, you can take your digital file to a print shop for setup and professional printing.
