Log in to your Etsy account. Please make sure you are logged in to your Etsy account before purchasing. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the menu “You”. Then click on “Purchases”. You will see all your purchases there. To the right of your digital files, you’ll find a “Download files” button. Click it, and the files will download again. This is convenient, because you will never have to worry about losing your digital files again!

If you purchase as a guest, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with download links sent to the email address you used to sign in.

Please note that many of the files are JPEGs, PDFs, or Zip archives. You will need to unzip the files to access your digital files. This is best done on a computer or laptop, not a phone or tablet.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
