There you will see all your purchases. To the right of your digital files, you’ll find a “Download files” button. Click on it, and the files will be downloaded again. This is convenient, because you will never have to worry about losing your digital files again!

If you purchase as a guest, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with download links sent to the email address you used to sign in.

Please note that many of the files are JPEGs, PDFs, or Zip archives. You will need to unzip the files to access your digital files. This is best done on a computer or laptop, not a phone or tablet.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
Per Etsy’s policy, we do not accept returns on digital items. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
